The Carson Kolker Organization Ltd opened in September of 1992. The agency only works with signed clients, both children and adults, for film, television, and theatre. The agency has affiliations with agencies in other countries/cities, including, London, Canada, California, Atlanta and Chicago.

Barry Kolker
Barry Kolker earned his BFA in Acting from LIU/CW Post in three years. At the age of 22, Barry decided that he didn't want to be an actor, and instead he segued into the talent agency business, where he has remained for 33 years! Barry joined the agency in June of 1997, after having worked at two other talent agencies. After becoming a partner in the business, Barry eventually became the sole owner. Barry represents children and teens for television, film and theater, and also works with adult clients for soap operas, and Broadway shows and tours. Barry loves seeing the work, and he enjoys being an advocate for his clients.

Tory Wilmoth
Tory has been involved in the entertainment industry most of her adult life. She has experience with full service agencies and has worked as an on-camera agent for 5 years. She has an acting background as well as a production one - even writing and directing her own documentary for festival consideration. This combo served her well assisting young talent to begin, and expand their careers. She attended Texas State University in San Marcos and the Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan. She has developed talent that are now series regulars and continues to work with veteran actors with her overseeing the adult division for the last 3 years at CKO. Tory's belief in her clients and her love of the craft is what drives her to be successful in the industry. In her spare time, she enjoys indie films, reality tv, online shopping, architecture, happy hours, and ranch dressing - not necessarily in that order. Her biggest obsession right now is Rhys and Bogie - her nephew and Tibetan Terrier rescue, respectively.

Kyle Morales
Kyle Morales is a proud Nuyorican who graduated from Baruch College with a degree in Digital Communication and Culture. His experience spans the entertainment industry: he was a child actor with representation, has worked front-of-house at almost every Broadway theatre, and previously worked alongside Broadway's beloved LaChanze at LaChanze Productions.
With the knowledge he has attained, he is excited to be a part of the team at The Carson Kolker Organization Ltd.
